SERVER RULES:-
1. Player Rules:
1.1. In Broadcast You may not use any language that is offensive, of racist nature, obscene or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, all manners of swearing, threats, blackmail, discussion of recreational drugs, sexually explicit language and racism or anything prejudice. As offensive language can interpreted in many forms.
1.2. You may not harass other players. Harassment is defined as specifically targeting another player, or group of players, to harm or inconvenience them. As harassment can take many forms.
1.3. You may not discriminate against other players or groups. Discrimination is the treatment of a person based on the group, class, or category to which that person belongs rather than on individual merit. As discrimination can take many forms.
1.4. You may not disrupt normal gameplay. Any repeated activities that result in disruption of normal gameplay are prohibited. As defining normal gameplay can take many forms.
1.5. You may not engage in fraudulent behavior. Fraud is the misrepresentation of facts for personal benefit.
1.6. You may not exchange account information. You may neither give, receive, nor ask about account information ( to include passwords, email address, or any other information not available in the public profile ).
1.7. You may not operate a clan, guild, or any other group that violates these rules.
- It will be the mandate of Digital Gladiator to make a determination as to whether or not a “reasonable person” would be unable to play normally and act accordingly.
- Whether or not any particular behaviour falls into one of the above illegal categories is decided at the discression of Digital Gladiator staff regardless of what a "reasonable person" would think.
- Digital Gladiator recognizes that these rules are not all inclusive. Other actions may be determined as abuse by Digital Gladiator Staff's.
2. Broadcast Rules:
2.1. RUDE,OFFENSIVE OR RACIST BEHAVIOUR that means no swearing, no calling people faggots,homo's or etc, no insulting or degrading of players mothers/fathers/sisters etc. Where people are from is of no consequence when your ingame so no racist behaviour of any kind. Quite frankly its just pathetic how players insist on using broadcast to insult each other and will not be tolerated AT ALL, no will we tolerate our staff being insulted neither in wsp or broadcast.
You will be warned by a Digital Gladiator staff.If you continue despite the warning you will be sent to BOTJAIL for a period of time at the disgression of the GM/PM. If you did not receive a warning and ended up in botjail anyway, then you really ticked off the GM/PM.
If someone is abusive to you over BC and a GM/PM/GH does not see it, live with it or hope that the next time they do it they do get seen.
Moderate flaming is expected but there is limit to how much we will withstand, don't test our patience with argumentative back chat..or your stay in botjail may well be PERMANENT!!
2.2. Advertising of other servers will be punished by a permanent BAN.
3. Trading For Real Money
3.1. You are no allowed to SELL Eudemons Points (EP's) for real money. If you got caught your ID's will be Muted and Botjailed.
3.2. You are no allowed to SELL your Eudemon/Pet/Item/etc. on server for real money. If you got caught your ID's will be permenant Muted and Botjailed.
3.3. You Only can sell you Stuff like EP,Pet,Item and Etc. just for Server donation that mean you sell your staff then the money will be donate to server and you will recieve Donation Item depending on the money ammount you also can choose what item you want.
4. Botting / Macros/Illegal Softwares
4.1. BOTTING is NOT allowed -This is where you are using a program or software to play aspects of the game for you, for example composing or ep farming. You will just be banned if you caught botting, NO warning and NO second chance just Permenant BAN.
4.2. USING SKILLS TO FARM EP WHILE AFK - This means if you not at your computer and have something holding down your skills key to farm Ep's this also considered botting.
5. EXPLOITING BUGS - More precisely INVISIBLE SKILL or any Existing Known Bugs. ANYONE caught exploiting this bug will be botjail, if your caught AFTER already being punished the account gets BANNED.
All rules are subject to change without notice, all rules will be revised shortly and updated. Ignorance is NOT an excuse and there may even be a requirement for you to agree you have read them. Please Follow The Rules For Your Own Good.
